I want to let you all know that I will be out of town for the next two weeks. I will have computer access and try and approve your comments in a timely fashion from June 26-July 1. Mr. Searcy is going to be filming a short video tomorrow about our new I Pad technology, and he needs some middle schoolers to be in this video. Second Summer Reading Book Selections-1 post
Obviously some of you have yet to send in your summer reading selection, but I wanted to go ahead and post those I have received so you can begin discussing and blogging if you have the same book. I will post more selections as they come in.
Also, some of the 7th graders are reading the same books as you all. Please feel free to look on their summer reading blog at the second summer reading book list to see if your book is being read. It has also come to my attention that some of you might be having a hard time finding a list of award winning books. Mrs. Solomon sent me the link to the media center's web page. Hey guys..I wanted to go ahead and put up a few posts for those of you already reading. I want you to take the time to comment here about your thoughts on the first few chapters. If you are feeling stumped, I will come back and make a few comments about the chapters probably on Monday or Tuesday.
