I really like Cinna, out of all people in the Capitol he's probably one of the nicest. I think the other stylists do their job because they have to, but I think that Cinna actually wants to help some of the tributes. I thought it was a little strange that he wanted to be the stylist for district 12. I also like how he is discribed, he doesn't wear all the regular capitol fashions, he doesn't have a capitol accent and he tries to understand Katniss.
I think it's great how Cinna makes Katniss feel good about herself. Instead of a stylist who just wants to get through the day she compliments and supports Katniss to the very end. Katniss likes Cinna the most because he tries to understand his clients. I think that's why he chose to be a district 12 stylist because he likes to get to know people and make them feel better about themselves. If he chose to be a district 1 stylist he probably would only have to pick outfits because the child would be good looking anyways and they wouldn't be as grateful.
