The Gamemakers seem like they are experts only way people act. They know what to do in the arena that will bring a certain group of competetors together. It was a little ironic that the gamemakers caught katniss with fire. After all she is the girl who was on fire. They do seem a little bit heartless at times. I geuss that is just how the games are supposed work. You would think, however, that they would not allow that boy to reactivate the land mines. Oh,well I guess that they do what they do for a reason.
